About Artist

An established author who has developed painting as a hobby , Scharada Dubey's work exhibits a love for line and colour. She paints bold tribal motifs and patterns, florals and abstract designs. Her work can range from very busy canvases full of small details, to quieter works of pure shape and colour. Scharada Dubey values and pays tribute to the many unnamed artists across the world, from regions like Africa, Australia, Polynesia and South America who celebrate human existence from primal times with their depictions on textile, clay and other natural materials. With a large portfolio of published and well-known books, she has made a successful transition from being an author to carving a niche as a contemporary artist.
