About Artist
I Am a Chennai-based artist who has been painting for over two decades. Although I was working as a graphic designer and a visualiser, I have always had a passion and a keen eye for the fine arts and have continued to paint in various mediums. My paintings portray the day to day life around us. Apart from today's regular trend, my paintings are figurative having social themes. I Have had the rare opportunity of working with and learning from one of India leading contemporary artists, A.P. Santhanraj mentor and Guru since I was 12 and over the years while working with him, I've a Sound Knowledge about the usage of colour, form, balance, and other painting techniques. It's a privilege of being his only pupil.I use oil, acrylic, watercolour, and charcoal Medium & Have several Group Shows as well as some solo shows to my credit. My works feature in private collections worldwide.
