Varanasi

Varanasi is always one of my favourite subject of painting. I always try to visualize it in different ways. Sometime in a minimalist way and sometime using roller, palette knife, through texture. I am trying to use various colours to get the feelings of old, as well as the brightness of Varanasi. These are definitely created with careful planning. Varanasi always gives me the range to use colours, forms etc.
